So, I have talked recently about including a tidbit on this site for recipes related to "stockpile cooking." I'd like a wide array of "easy", "fast", & "medium" recipes that are of course focused on using items readily found within your stockpile, so as to prevent those last minute trips to the store and therefore cutting down even further on that almighty dollar! Please feel free to email me any recipe you might have fitting this criteria to couponclippinmomma@live.com!

2-3 chicken breast, cubed (I buy frozen ch. breast by the bag at Wmart-$5.98)
1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits (10 ct.) -(I make my own "drop biscuits" using the incl. Bisquick recipe)
1-2 tbsp. vegetable oilBiscuits
2 1/4 c. Bisquick mix

- Combine mix & milk.
- Set aside.
- Heat the oven to 450°F. Stir the soup, milk, cheese and black pepper in a 3-quart shallow baking dish.
- Heat oil in pan on medium-high heat. Add cubed chicken breast & dash of garlic powder to soup/veg. mixture.
- Add biscuits to the top of mixture & bake for 25-30 min., or until biscuits are golden brown.
